I have been there so many times that I am trying to have everything on the menu. The traffic is not nearly as bad as Manila traffic :) This Jollibee location is an enclosed space inside seafood city. I personally prefer the jelly over the beans that were on the bottom so maybe I'd ask for more jelly instead. The aloha yum burger is my favorite all time burger from any fast food restaurant... the burger itself is flavorful and with the sweet pineapple it's absolutely to die for. These are my favorite, very good and its filipino. The ship’s commander narrowly missed the entrance to what is now San Francisco Bay.

As a lover of all chicken fried, I've long awaited trying Jollibee. Ordering was pretty quick and they give you a buzzer that lets you know when your food is ready.

I would definitely be back. Needless to say, I am not thrilled about most Pinoy cooking.That being said, thanks to some social media shenanigans via her west coast friends, the missus became irrationally exuberant about the opening of Jollibee in Manhattan - it's next to the Arbys near the bus terminal, and the area is frequented by the homeless coming out of the halfway house nearby.

When you are in jollibee, you gotta have spaghetti, jolly chicken and beef steak.

Any positives? The chicken was great. But worth a try. It also came with 3 mango pies. It's super strange. The service is very efficient and most of the workers in behind the counter are nice and polite. I would have ordered the burger steak but i can't have THAT much food in one sitting. I cannot. Juicy aloha burger too.

Overall we were very happy with our meal.My daughter loved her chicken strips. Halo-halo is Tagalog for “mix-mix.” Its blending of ingredients represents the diverse cultures that influenced the Philippines: Malay, Chinese, Indian, Spanish, American. Chances are, you'll be so frustrated by the wait that you'll give up before ordering (the menu reads like the dating section of a North Korean newspaper, no standout/appealing choices) and will not have to deal with the Herculean task of finding a place to sit down and eat.

The food is not bad here.

My problem is that it is still fast food, just a Filipino version. There are certain things that are seemingly constant in life - death, taxes and the inability to find a green vegetable option in a Filipino restaurant.
