I've tried wiping the tablet, wetting and wiping the sticky part of the case. After reading these forums I need to stand up and say that we will not accept these business practices and the treatment of loyal customers who are now discriminated against because I used ebay to buy it. I have currently all of my Samsung products for sale and am switching to a different electronics company.

On Amazon I read 33 negative 1 star reviews about this cover/keyboad and at least 32 of them complained that the back comes unstuck and the tablet falls. I followed all tips and tricks to get this god forsaken bad design to stay on my tablet.

I had the same issue so I tried a combination of 2 solutions .First I wiped the back of the tablet and the sticky pad on the case with alcohol wipe , let it dry then gently heated the sticky pad with a hairdryer for 60 seconds , attached it straight to the tablet and it stuck fast .
