The price was reasonable for the features on offer and the 3 year warranty from a major 'bricks & mortar' retailer sealed the deal for me. Knowing this, I'll crank the fridge to max when I put the frozos in it and for the 12 VDC test. 5 Hours later, the fridge shows 2 C and the Engel gauge 0.9 C, I assume the compressor has recently cycled off.

I did check it fits snug between the Engel and Travel Buddy and sticks out enough to clear the compressor vents when put in compressor at the rear, pics to come..... Having bought 2 of them I can either test 2 zones in 2 fridges or I can test 4 fridges at once, good thing is they are fast reacting.
